How to interpret the candidate's personality results

When a candidate has taken the interview, they get a personality score. This article shows you how to read the score and where to find the candidate's own comment.

The score

The personality score is a number between 0 and 10. The higher the number, the better the candidate's personality matches the profile you have set for the assignment.

If you reweight the facets, or change the profile, the system automatically recalculates the score for all candidates. A score can then go both up and down.

Personality on the candidate card

  1. Go to Assignments, click Show candidates and then the arrow next to the candidate.

  2. Scroll down to Personality and click the eye to open the section.

  3. Under Candidate comment, you see the candidate's own words. At the end of the interview, the avatar reads out the candidate's personality description. The candidate can listen as many times as they like and is then asked to comment on it. The comment is shown in full and unedited.

  4. Click Copy text to copy the comment, for example into a document or a candidate presentation.

  5. Under Personality profile, you see a description of the candidate's personality based on the framework, compared with your profile. You can copy it too with Copy text.
