How the new candidate card works in Tengai 4.0

The candidate card has a new design in Tengai 4.0. This article walks you through the parts of the card, from total score and availability to interview questions, review and personality.

Open the candidate card

  1. Go to Assignments and click Show candidates on the assignment.

  2. Click the arrow next to the candidate.

At the top, you see the Total score, followed by the scores for Qualification, Review and Personality.

The candidate's availability

Availability has a new look. The avatar asks two questions: an exact date when the candidate can start, and a comment on the date. Both the date and the comment are shown here.

Salary message

Here you see the candidate's comment on the salary information you entered when you set up the assignment.

Candidate addition

At the end of every interview, a closing question is asked: Is there anything you'd like to mention or highlight that you think the recruiter might find useful to know about you? The candidate answers by voice, and you can listen to the answer directly on the card.

Interview questions and review

Under Interview questions, you find the questions from your template.

  1. Click Open interview flow. There you follow the interview in the order the candidate got the questions.

  2. Yes/No questions show the candidate's answer directly, and whether the question was marked as a requirement.

  3. Free text questions show the candidate's written answer. Review the answer on the four-point scale.

  4. Voice questions let you listen to the answer. With the speed button, you can speed up playback. Then review the answer in the same way.

  5. Continue through the whole interview in order.

  6. Go back to the card with the arrow at the top. Once you have reviewed all questions, the candidate has a score for Review.

Personality

The personality part has a completely new look. Click the eye to open it. The facets are shown in the order you prioritised them, and each facet has a description based on the framework.

New is that you also see the candidate's own comment, a description of themselves based on the answers. Click Copy text to paste it into a candidate presentation.
