How Review works in the new Tengai

This article shows you how Review works in Tengai 4.0, and how you review the candidate's answers.

Your own questions

In Review, you add questions that are relevant to your specific role, and review the answers to them. This gives you more influence over the ranking, based on what actually matters in your recruitment.

Review consists of the Free text and Voice questions you add yourself. Yes/No questions belong to Qualification. For each question, you decide whether the candidate answers in Free text or by Voice.

Review the candidate's answers

The candidate answers the questions during the interview. Once the interview is finished, you go in and review the answers.

  1. Go to Assignments and click Show candidates on the assignment.

  2. Click the arrow next to the candidate to open the candidate card.

  3. Under Review, click a question.

  4. Review the answer on the four-point scale: Doesn't meet expectations, Partially meets expectations, Meets expectations or Exceeds expectations.

  5. Move on with Next, or click Done.

Your reviews are clearly shown on the candidate card.
