  • Go to recruiting.tengai.io and log in as a recruiter.

  • In the menu on the left, you find Assignments, Templates, Library and Admin.

Create a new template

Templates used to be created inside the assignment. Now you create them under Templates.

  1. Click Templates and then Create new template. At the top, there are short instructions you can read.

  2. Enter a name in Template name. The name is what you see in your ATS, so choose a name that makes it easy to pick the right template.

  3. Choose the main language of the template: Swedish, English, Norwegian or Danish. Whichever language you choose, all questions are translated automatically into the other languages.

Start from an existing template

You can base the new template on an existing one.

  1. Click Open template.

  2. Choose the template and click Add. The questions from that template are added.

  3. Click New question and write the question.

  4. Choose the question type. With Yes/No, the candidate answers yes or no. With Free text, the candidate types the answer, and with Voice, the candidate answers by speaking. Voice answers are new in this version.

  5. Click Preview and check the spelling and wording.

  6. Click Add question and then Done. The question is added to the template.

Repeat for each question. The questions are listed in the order you add them.

Import questions from the library

  1. Click Import questions and search for a question.

  2. Select the question, click Add and then Done. The question is added at the bottom of the list.

Change the order of the questions

  1. Drag the question with the handle on the right to where you want it in the list, for example to the top.

  2. Click Save and go back.

Publish the template

  1. Click Preview template and read through the template one last time.

  2. Click Publish template. The template is saved and now shows up in your ATS, ready to use.
