Chrome is the browser that works best with our system. Please open your interview link in an incognito tab in Chrome to avoid old cookies or cache affecting the interview.

What is incognito mode?
Incognito mode is a browser mode that allows no previous cookies or browsing history to affect your current session. To open an incognito tab, right-click on the Chrome icon and select "New incognito window".
