How to solve microphone problems: Refresh your browser and/or try another device

Having problems with your microphone during your interview with Tengai? Here are some tips to get you back on track!

Microphone problems can sometimes be caused by an out-of-date browser or by the device not working optimally with our platform. Here is what you can do to solve the problem:

1. Update your browser
Make sure you're using the latest version of your browser. This often fixes microphone issues and other technical bugs that older versions can cause.

2. Try a different device
If the microphone still doesn't work properly, try switching devices. If you're using a mobile phone, try a computer instead, or vice versa.
