Log in to your Tengai Recruiting Hub account and go to the assignment you want to set up evaluation parameters (Guide to set up your assignment). Scroll down to "set up personality for the assignment " and set your custom evaluation.
The interview results will now be weighted in favor of your custom settings for evaluation. You can go back and change the settings in your assignment at any point during your process and the results will be re-calculated.
