Create a new assignment
Log in to your Tengai Recruiting Hub account and press "Create assignment".
Fill out all the information for the assignment.
Add additional screening questions
Add questions specific to the role you are recruiting for. You can choose up to 5 questions.
Set up your evaluation parameters
You always have the option to set custom parameters for each assignment.
When you've set up your parameters the process will naturally weigh the results in favor of your custom settings. By customizing your assignments, you will get more specific and relevant candidate data.
Now, you've successfully created an assignment!
